Welcome to Best Friends Waste Removal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our pet waste removal services (“Services”). By booking service, requesting a quote, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services We Provide

Best Friends Waste Removal provides residential and light commercial pet waste removal, including:

  • One-time yard cleanups

  • Recurring cleanups (weekly, bi-weekly, or custom schedules)

  • Other related pet waste removal services as offered on our site

Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal expectations, or outside our service area.

2. Service Areas

We currently serve parts of Northwest Arkansas, including (but not limited to):

  • Bella Vista

  • Bentonville

  • Farmington

  • Fayetteville

  • Lowell

  • Pea Ridge

  • Prairie Grove

  • Rogers

  • Springdale

Service areas may change at any time. If you move outside our service area, we may need to cancel or adjust your service.

3. Scheduling & Access

3.1 Scheduling
You can request service or a quote through our website contact form or other methods we provide. We will confirm your service day and frequency by email, text, or phone.

3.2 Access to Your Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas we service, including:

  • Unlocked gates or access codes

  • Clear paths free of hazards (aggressive animals, debris, etc.)

If we cannot access your yard on arrival (locked gate, unsafe dog, blocked entry), we may:

  • Skip the visit and still charge the regular fee, or

  • Reschedule at our discretion, which may include an additional fee.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide reliable service, you agree to:

  • Keep grass at a reasonable height so waste is visible

  • Inform us of any changes to gate codes, pets, or hazards

  • Ensure your dogs are secured or friendly and safe to be around

We are not responsible for waste that is hidden or inaccessible due to tall grass, leaves, snow, or other obstructions.

5. Waste Removal & Disposal

We will collect and remove visible pet waste from the agreed service area and dispose of it in a sanitary manner.

6. Pricing, Billing & Payments

​

6.1 Quotes
All quotes are based on:

  • Yard size

  • Number of dogs

  • Frequency of service

  • Current yard condition (including initial cleanup needs)

We may adjust pricing if the actual conditions differ from what was described.

6.2 Recurring Service
For recurring service, you agree to the ongoing rate communicated at signup. We may update our prices from time to time. If we change your rate, we will notify you in advance by email, text, or another reasonable method.

6.3 Payments
We accept payments in USD through the methods listed on our website.

All payments will be posted at the end of each month.

If payment is not received on time, we may pause or cancel your service until your account is current.

 

7. Cancellations, Skips & Refunds

 

7.1 Customer Cancellations
You may cancel or change your service by contacting us within one week before your scheduled visit.

 

7.2 Company Cancellations
We may cancel or reschedule service due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Holidays

  • Unforeseen operational reasons

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule.

 

7.3 Refunds

Since our cleanups are done on-site and finished during your visit, we’re generally not able to offer refunds once a service is completed. If you ever feel something wasn’t done as agreed, please reach out within 24 hours so we can review it together and arrange a re-visit or another fair solution.

 

8. Health, Safety & Liability

We take safety and cleanliness seriously, but you understand and agree that:

  • We are not veterinarians and do not provide medical advice.

  • We are not responsible for illnesses, parasites, or health issues in your pets or family members.

  • We are not responsible for damage to lawns or landscaping caused by pet waste that existed before our visit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Best Friends Waste Removal and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our Services or your use of our website.

If we are found directly liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service visit related to that claim.

 

9. Pets on the Property

We love dogs, but safety comes first. You agree to:

  • Inform us if your dog has a history of aggression or biting

  • Secure any aggressive or anxious pets during our visit

  • Let us know if a new dog has been added to your household

If we feel unsafe due to a pet’s behavior, we will contact you to discuss any changes.

 

10. Weather & Yard Conditions

In cases of heavy rain, snow, ice, or extreme temperatures, we may:

  • Reschedule your visit, or

  • Adjust the scope of service based on what is safely possible

Waste may be harder to locate in snow, tall grass, or heavy leaves. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee 100% removal in these conditions.

 

11. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update our Services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you by email, website notice, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

 

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site

  • Copy or reuse our content without permission

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

We may restrict or block access to the site for any misuse.

 

13. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully before using our site or submitting your information.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Northwest Arkansas unless otherwise required by law.
